Elder David Henry is a member of the Calvary Church of God In Christ. Aston. Birmingham. He is an active and willing member of the body of Christ. He loves God with all his heart and has a passion for evangelism.

David is a Jamaican national and has been a born again Christian since the age of 19. Since this time he has undertaken various roles. These roles included being a Sunday School Teacher, Sunday School Superintendent, Youth Director and Chairman of the Youth Board.

He has also served on the National Youth and Evangelism Board. He has ministered in various areas of the community. As such, he has undertaken the role of assistant governor on the local school board and has led several school devotions. The young brother was ordained as an Evangelist in July 1995 by Bishop Rattery. The Evangelist emigrated from Jamaica in 2000 and is now under the pastoral guidance of Pastor Geoffrey Folkes.

Since settling in Birmingham, he has worked with various local churches (and continues to do so) as a counsellor, and as part of his commitment to outreach evangelism. He also works with groups of young people in the community. He currently co-ordinates regular Bible study classes and facilitates Bible discussion forums in association with several local churches.

Elder Henry is married to Sister Paula.

He acknowledges that he is called to work in and for the Kingdom of God. From this standpoint, his future aspiration is to effectively share the word of God with all who will listen.
